Tori Cirks, M.A., is a senior advisor for the Region 9 Comprehensive Center (R9CC) and a principal technical assistance consultant at the American Institutes for Research (AIR). She also serves as a senior advisor for the Region 1 Comprehensive Center. In her role with the comprehensive centers, she helps shape technical assistance delivery, supports effective collaboration between the centers and other federally funded centers and external partners, and provides quality assurance supervision. 

Ms. Cirks has been involved with the comprehensive center network since 2007 in various project and center leadership roles. She has experience designing and providing technical assistance to local, state, and federal clients to improve system outcomes; managing research and technical assistance projects and teams, and leading work focused on continuous improvement, dropout prevention, college and career readiness, early college, career and technical education, postsecondary success and student-centered learning models such as competency-based education and deeper learning. She received her M.A. from American University.
